On May 10th, (alt-band) the Wrecks performed an electrifying show at the Danforth Music Hall. Following the release of a new project/EP - INSIDE, the band conducted a night full of music and performances in the heart of Toronto. The Wrecks are made up of lead vocalist Nick Anderson, guitarist Nick Schmidt, bassist Aaron Kelly, and drummer Billy Nally. Their talent and chemistry make their cohesive sound undeniable.

During this performance, they performed all 6 songs from INSIDE, as well as some fan favourites. The show started off with ‘Sonder’, which immediately got the crowd excited and pumped. As the lyrics, coupled with a heavy set bass, filled the venue, the room exploded with contagious energy.

The first song performed off of INSIDE was ‘Always, Everytime’. This song started off mellow ina beachy way, and then built into the fast-paced chorus. The foundation of this track was drums (performed by Billy Nally), which encouraged the crowd to jump and dance to the beat of the drums. Lead vocalist Nick Anderson showcased his high-range vocals towards the end of this song, not only impressing the audience but also solidifying the band's talent.

Overall, the band's performance allowed the audience to take a break from the outside world and have fun. Jumping, singing, dancing and stomping their feet to the beat of the drums, the Wrecks have become a household name.

Toronto was lucky enough to witness their talent.
